For more than 10 years the company has been cooperating with various European countries. The company has its own production facilities sufficient to meet the needs of all of its customers. The factory handles retail, small-scale and bulk orders with the same quality. The company cooperates with many retail chains - large and small. Delivers its products to hotels, nursing homes, and targets e-commerce sellers.

Since 2008, the company has been producing products under its own trademark - "IDEIA", which it sells through its own stores and the eponymous online store.

All branded products are certified by OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, which guarantees the absence of materials harmful to human health. The certificate is required for the sale of textiles to the EU countries. Thus, we provide the Ukrainian buyer with European quality goods at an affordable price.

What is the guarantee that after receiving an order, will I receive it?

After the order is made, you will have the data and documents on the purchase (order number, bank check, SMS, etc.). After transferring funds to our account, we have an obligation to you, which is paid out after the signature of the receipt for receipt of the goods. Also, your interests are protected by the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection".

What should I do if I get a damaged product?

If you find a defect when checking the goods, you have the right to immediately refuse to receive it.

The online store Idea works in accordance with the “Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection”. According to the Law, home textile products from our range are not subject to exchange or return, provided that they are not a marriage.
