Exchange and Return Policy for Goods

RETURN OF GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY

According to Article 9 of the Ukrainian Law "On Consumer Protection," the consumer has the right to exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days of purchase, excluding the day of purchase, if the seller has not established a longer period. However, the law specifies a list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to return. The list was compiled by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and is presented in Resolution No. 172 dated March 19, 1994. It includes the following goods related to the company's assortment:

feather and down products;

fabrics;

tulle and lace fabrics;

bed linen;

infant goods (diapers, etc.);

soft children's toys.

Therefore, if the purchase belongs to the category of goods listed above, the company DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT to exchange or return the goods.

At the same time, the customer has the right to refuse the parcel after inspecting the goods at the post office. In this case, the buyer immediately returns the goods and pays for the parcel delivery. After the company's representative receives the parcel within 2 working days, a refund for the goods will be made.

If the customer takes the parcel home, returning the goods is NOT POSSIBLE.

RETURN OF GOODS OF IMPROPER QUALITY

If, upon inspecting the goods at home, the buyer discovers a manufacturing defect and receives goods of improper quality, he/she HAS THE RIGHT to exchange the goods or receive a refund. The delivery of the products in this case is at the expense of the company. The exchange of goods takes place within 3 working days after the company representative receives the goods. This term does not include the period of the goods' stay at the post operator. The refund is made within 2 working days.

WHICH POSTAL OPERATOR IS USED FOR THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS

The return or exchange of products is carried out by the postal service that the customer used when ordering the goods, if there was no other agreement between the buyer and the seller.

WITHIN WHAT PERIOD CAN THE GOODS OF IMPROPER QUALITY BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

The return or exchange of goods of improper quality is possible within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods at the post office.

WHAT IS THE FIXED AMOUNT FOR THE DELIVERY OF GOODS IN CASE OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To avoid misunderstandings between the customer and the seller, a fixed amount of 80 UAH has been established, which the buyer pays in case of returning or exchanging the goods, if the delivery is at the customer's expense.
