This fabric chevron patch is rectangular in shape and made of high-quality, dense, wrinkle-resistant fabric. It attaches firmly and conveniently to clothing using Velcro. For maximum secure attachment, the Velcro covers the entire back surface of the patch.

The main background of the patch is black. On the patch, embroidered with yellow thread, are:

the logo of the Ukrainian Railways, featuring the letters U and Z, as well as a stylized image of a locomotive;
